What we collect
This website collects only what you type into our contact forms: your business or practice name, website, phone number, your name and the best time to call. We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this site.
Please don't send health information
Our website forms are not meant for client, patient or health information. Please don't include any. If you're a practice we work with, client information is handled only inside systems covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement.
How we use it
We use your information only to contact you about the service you asked for, such as a Front Desk Check or Speed Test. We don't sell or rent it, and we don't share it except with the service providers that run this website and its forms.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us by notification. We keep them only as long as we need them to follow up with you.
